We have a broad investment interest and are seeking sites that have potential for comprehensive residential led redevelopment as well as commercial property investment opportunities.
As a privately owned company, we have a quick decision-making process that allows us to move swiftly to acquire target sites.

• a long-term strategy in mind, e.g. wait for an existing tenancy to expire before redeveloping
• no planning consent
• a negative planning history
• unexpired lease terms
• joint-venture opportunities with landowners and /or third parties
• opportunities where our funding and expertise can be utilised to create interesting portfolios
• unconditional or Subject to Planning
